By participating in this healthy lifestyle challenge for a full 90 days, you can unlock numerous opportunities for enhancing your overall health and wellness. During the upcoming three weeks, you will be tasked with identifying healthier products in grocery stores, avoiding unhealthy or highly processed foods, introducing new nutritious items into your diet, and committing to eliminate detrimental habits throughout the challenge period.
