Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happened, if you need to cancel your upcoming session, please do so as soon as possible. For all ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES, please cancel simply so your coach has a proper expectation for the upcoming class size and needs of the clients present. For all ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING/NUTRITION COACHING SESSIONS, please cancel at least 3 hours before your upcoming session. IF you cancel the session after the 3 hour window, your session MAY be lost depending on your current attendance record during that current training/coaching month. Please try to book all your sessions based on your personal schduele so they are easy for you to attend. If you need a time that is not available, please contact Coach Zipporah personally.
